Gavin had started working with us and showing us many, many houses prior to going on Holiday to England when we had not made up our mind as yet. I honestly was concerned with him being gone at this crucial time in our search. However, it was as if he was here all along as he handled all with our offer, negotiating and securing our contract. Then home just in time to do our final walk through and closing without a glitch. Who does that these days? With Gavin we never even realized he was not here and even with quite the time change. Most Excellent Service!!! Thank you Gavin for everything!

I had a couple other brokers in mind but Gavin was prompt, straight forward and was willing to jump right in to help out. Gavin had helped us find a great rental property and his flexibility and hard work for us prompted us to include him in the purchase of our new home. Gavin is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and if you have questions, he will answer them and guide you through the process. I have no doubt that should we ever be in the market to buy/sell, he would once again be our agent.

Gavin Hatcher is one of the most polite, courteous, and professional people I have ever conducted business with. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. You can tell he truly cares about the over all well being off his clients, and that his main concern is to find them a home they are happy with. I never once felt that he was at all concerned with just making a sale or even selling us a house in general, we never felt any pressure to make an offer. He really seemed to understand our wants and needs and it’s almost like he knew whether or not we were truly interested in a home. I was personally impressed by his knowledge of such a large area that he covers. I will strongly recommend him to anyone I know that needs a realtor.

Gavin stayed with me with my second closing for that day over 4 hours even when my funding was delayed. He then again contacted me over the weekend since I had to wait until Monday to get my keys.

I appreciated that he took his time and didn't push me into purchasing just any house to gain his commission. I mean we looked at so many houses and he told me not to worry that we could look at a million houses until I found the perfect one.
